*1. What Information We Collect*

For Drivers: Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email, Location, Selfie Photo, Aadhaar Card Photo, Driving Licence Photo.

For Owners: Name, Mobile Number, Email, Location.

*2. How We Use Your Information*

- To verify driver documents (Aadhaar/Licence)

- To show nearby driver jobs / owners

- To connect Driver and Owner

- To collect our service fee of Rs 499 after a successful connection.

*3. Data Sharing*

We do not sell your data. Aadhaar photo is only for verification and is not shared with Owners. Only Name, Mobile and Location are shared between Driver and Owner for job purpose.

*4. Data Security*

We use secure servers to store your documents. Your Aadhaar and Licence are stored with encryption.

*5. Payment*

We charge Rs 499 as a platform service fee when a driver gets a job or an owner gets a driver. Payment is collected through secure payment gateway.

*6. Data Deletion*

If you want to delete your account and data, please email us at vishidriverapp@gmail.com. We will delete it within 7 days.
